PAKISTAN:- A dangerous & terrible country for humanity in the world

The latest action of pakistan`s army and  terrorists (live in Pakistan ) Now can be seen that in 2015 as violation of ceasefire many times in  a day.
As today is 6th of january Indian Air Marshal Mr. PP Reddy  gave a very serious statemant that india will have prepared for a war on two fronts pakistan and china as both are nuclear capable adversaries. So this is a very serious situation for india to take a strong intellegent action. Now I tell you how Pakistan is a terrible country in the name of humanity .

Can you imagine how human live their life near line of control  ? not only LOC civilians but also civilians that live in Pakistan.they also live their life in front of death. In a recent incident some terrorists entered in a  army Region school of karachi and murdered many child. So every day we found any terrorist activity in Pakistan by devil human. So this is  the time to control on terrorists.

if pakistan soon could put the nuclear weapons in the hands of a government tied to terrorist networks. If al-Qaida allies were to come to power in Pakistan, you can not just imagine the threat that the world pose. The threat is not only for India or USA, but the whole world will suffer.

Happy New Year

Hi Friends,
I wanted to wish you Happy New Year and merry christmas with a new message. I got this Amazing video in YouTube. This video shows whole year in 40 seconds. 365 days runs like seconds. It happened to me all these years. Could not even recall how I had spent 365 days in 2014. Hardly I could counted some hundred hours that I have done some useful jobs and Great expedition.

The same summer, same winter, same or more or less rain again repeats this year. But let our life may not be a repetition of previous year. Let it be more successful we have ever seen. Let it be more joyful than we have ever enjoyed. Let the tough time both we have faced individually and with the common minded people around the world not be repeated. Year 2014 has given many challenges to us, let us conquer these challenges in 2015. Let the world be peace, let the nature be calm, let us be cool.

Happy New Year 2015
Thanks  !!

Concentrate on focus to be Successful

Stress is the essential requirement for Happiness. Every success or victory
comes from Stressing on your goal. The goal may be silly, very small comparative to others but when you concentrate on it you will be the ruler.
Someone tells that Concentration is key for success.

Not compulsary only in one direction, but for every moment of our life- concentrate leads to success. I can tell you why. You may be a software engineering student. Instead of trying to become master in every thing that comes in syllabus, just you could focus on "c", a very first language you learnt in your studies could make you master in "c" and you can rule it. If you are a MBA student you can just focus your ideas on McKinsey's 7s model and you can become master and it gives value to your life.

Mnrega At Gross Root Level In india

I don't think it is necessary to explain anything theoretical about one of the prestigious project of Government of India for fulfilling the right to work under MGNREGA- Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act. You will get millions of pages over internet on the theoretical functioning of the project. But I felt it necessary to draw a sketch on how it actually functions at the grass root level.

The government seems to be relaxing by believing that at least 100 days of guaranteed wage is reaching the beneficiaries after making it mandat

ory to disburse the wage through the bank accounts. When the project was started, the wage was being given in the form of food grains like wheat, jowar and rice. The officials/sarpanchs/panchayat members/local contractors used to complete the works  using the the machines like earth movers or some times completion on on papers and make money by selling those grains. Later wage in the form of money was introduced, it was much easier than earlier. The MGNREGA card holder to put his thumb impression or sign in non vernacular language and get the commission for signing, not the complete wage as guaranteed. No need to say again where it reached?

Did the direct transfer of wages through bank accounts have solved the problem? Yes, off course! That of contractors!

The great indian democracy...choice or lack of It

In a few months time India, the largest democracy in the world will go polls for the 15th time. The as usual the million dollar question arises who will come to power after all the dust has settled?? Gone are days of single party governments and of 3/4th majority in the center, now the in things are seat sharing formula's, power sharing formula's, pre-alliances and so on. I have been going through many a news website trying to figure out, whom should I vote for ??
To my astonishment I have hardly come across any information that sheds light on the policies or the election manifesto of any one party or why or how is it different from another. I find it strange that parties seem to be more concerned about coming up some formula to share seats than telling the people why they should vote for them over someone else based on their policies. I really feel the political parties in India no ideological credibility of any sort. If a party says it is one for secularism, how in the world can you be in an alliance with the BJP( Bhartiya Janta Party). I am not going to waste blog space trying to explain why the BJP is not a secular party, honestly if you cannot infer that from the past 30 years I am sorry but the world has to be told the " Dodo" has not gone extinct ( may be you are even dumber than that). Now after the Varun Gandhi's episode it is pretty clear that nothing has changed.
For example look at the state of Tamil Nadu and you will notice how political ideology is dead. The leader of the AIADMK, Jayalalitha imprisoned Vaiko under the act of POTA during her reign as Chief Minister. Now the both of them have become partners so as to oust the DMK from power. (I do not even want to get in to how a man, who is known to have links with an organization responsible for the assassination of our prime minister, can fight an election?) How can Sanjay Dutt , a man in the Mumbai serial blast case and Tada be allowed to stand in an election?? what kind of message are we sending out,  if a convicted fellon gets to represent the people of the country... Is there no one else... or is everything forgotten just becuase he did Munnabhai!!!
Since I could not find any information about any political outfit’s policies or their plan of action if voted in to power I decided to make my choice based on will be the face of the government if they were to be voted in to power.

Dr Manmohan Singh: A man of few words, an economist turned politician. Many say the most honest man in politics but the very same man who was the head of one the most corrupt cabinets in recent history. One of his ministers Shibu soren is actually in jail for murder. Shivraj Patil I think will go down in history as the worst home minister ever.... I mean man did absolutely nothing. Just as side note he was born in 1932....  May be its time he hang up his boots considering the government retirement age is 62 ... but ironically in terms Indian politics he is termed has fighting young !!
